My van took longer to complete, should have provided a loaner. Older car also costs a lot more expensive now to maintain, few months ago was $6k, this time $4. Appreciate not getting any extras like $200 for fresher cleaning for filters or explanation on why I must have it. There was a quote foetdiscount on wheel alignment to $99 but was not done on the receipt. Overall the van ran well afterwards. Thank you.

The service/wait time was reasonable as expected. Marc Wiseman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bill was pricey. When I got in my car to leave, there was a very strong scent in the air inside the car. I’m assuming it must have been from the product used to refresh and deodorize the A/C system, or a service rep wearing strong cologne. I am extremely sensitive to fragrance, always choosing ‘no scent’ when I have my car washed so I drove home with my windows down and hope that the odor will be gone tomorrow. I wasn’t expecting the odor aftermath.
