You were excellent. I just had one problem today but I don’t think you had anything to do with it. My hood wasn’t all the way down and I didn’t discover it until I was on the road and late for my activity. I had to find a place to pull over to fully close it which made me even later. Please just remind the people who work on the cars to check that all doors, hoods, trunks, etc. are closed completely. Thank you.

I brought my 2019 Accord in for a noise I hear coming from the front suspension when driving over uneven pavement. I was informed the tech assigned did not hear any noises so the suspension was checked but no work was preformed. Immediately on the way home, again over uneven pavement, I continue to hear this same knock / rattle / noise coming from the drivers side of the vehicle, from what I perceive is the front suspension. I’m not questioning the tech in this case. If they didn’t hear it then there’s little they can do. I only hope in their analysis they sought out uneven pavement to diagnose the issue.

Went in for an oil change, and ended up leaving the car there for 3 days because your knuckle head mechanics decided to snap the studs on the tires. I repeated multiple times to have the car washed. Was assured it would be washed , never got washed. So not satisfied at all.
