The attention to detail was very disappointing
I had front and rear brakes done, 4 new tires installed and an alignment.
I picked up my car and shortly noticed tire pressure light was on, steering wheel was off centered and all 4 tires were missing the valve stem cap.
I made an appointment to return and was told it would be quick so I waited in the customer lounge. The wait was not quick it was 1 1/2 hours. I mentored my disappointment to the service person and he just kept his head down and didn’t say a word completed paperwork and asked me to sign.
