Mark explained the things needed to be fixed with the car.
He was courteous and polite and was fast in helping us.
He came out of the office as soon as he saw our car
at the registration parking. We did not wait. He told us
that we can pick up the car that afternoon but I decided to
pick it up the next day. Again, we did not have to wait that
long for the paperwork and payment to be processed.
I’ll give him an excellent mark for service. Thank you Mark

Mark Juban always provides excellent service and that was the case today too. The issue I had was with the pick up. At the time of pick up of my vehicle, it was raining heavily. The service adviser requested the car be brought up. The lady who was responsible for it, goes to my vehicle which was parked out where it was raining, removes the plastic, honks to get my attention and then walks to me and asks me to go to my vehicle still out in the rain! When I told her they normally bring the vehicle to the customer she pretends she didn’t know that. The same lady had pulled vehicles up to the customers in the morning when I dropped off my car & it was raining then too! Neither she nor I had umbrellas. I ended up going to my car in the rain rather than ask her again to bring it up. Very rude & poor service and not what I expected, we have been coming here for several vehicles over 15 years, and this is the first time this happens. Poor customer service.
