My service person, Paul Gonzalez, failed to mention that if I left my car to see what the check engine light meant that it would be five hours before he could tell me and I would not get my car back that day. Also when he did call he told me that it was faulty wiring due to animals chewing and it would be $650. I don’t know who had that trouble, but my car had a faulty oil pressure switch I found out when I finally picked up the car after 2 Lyft drivers were called, the first one given the wrong address and cancelling me.

2 visits fir the same issues Was told that this would be done at 10% discount Just now when I showed up for pickup the car the service advisor (not Paul) tried so give about 7% discount saying it was only a ‘little bit’ off I had to confront him asking by which math standard it was just a little bit off and if it was in fact a little bit off then why not 13 versus 7 instead of 10 I certainly hope the core issue is fixed after my second visit otherwise I would be really unhappy

Customer service was subpar. I had gone in a few months ago to get a few components of my ac changed since there was a recall on the parts and when they put my car back together a staff member didn’t do it correctly and there’s a gab that doesn’t let my windshield wiper switch to fully engage. I let the staff member know about that and that I would like for them to fix it. They told me it was $40 for the part since it’s apparently broken. Awesome just what I wanted to hear. Also the staff member was passive aggressive with me. I’m a valet manager for a hotel that kind of “Customer service” if you can even call it that was disappointing.
