My comments are nothing but my sincerest and highest praise for Brian. He went WAY beyond ‘above and beyond’. He is a testament as to why I remain loyal to Honda.
I’ll probably always own a Honda (such a good car), it’s the people and the little things (which really are not so little) that make the difference. There should be more like Brian.

The service itself (CilaJet) was perfect. No issues there. However, I had to be at work right after dropping off the vehicle for the service and was promised a loaner would be saved. When I arrived for service there was no loaner available. I had to call my husband (who was already at work) to come and pick me up.
