I have always been updated on service, today I couldn’t get an update even after I tested and called. Took all day , but issue was just tightening gas cap?? 3 lights were on.

Came in for a oil change probably the worst sloppiest oil change I ever got on any of my vehicles. Whoever was the person that changed my oil spilled oil all over my engine compartment not including leaving tools behind totally dissatisfied can't believe what I paid for an oil change what a disgrace!! This person needs to either get retrained or look for a better job because changing oil is not suiting them. They didn't even try to clean up the oil there is a pool of oil on the frame of my vehicle I took pictures what an embarrassment for your dealership
