Service advisor Brian Tritz is great and my go to advisor anytime I visit. One thing that seems to be consistent is the quality of work from technicians. They have not only left trash in my car but tools. Additionally, my car has been serviced several times and each time, clips or pieces are damaged/missing. It is rather upsetting, however, Brian Tritz always does his best to correct the issues. This time my visit was a lot better (minus the steering wheel plastic left) and I hope technicians are held to the highest standard of quality when conducting repairs or maintenance of any vehicle, treating it as if it is there’s or that it’s someone else’s property and should leave in the same or better condition than when it arrived.

After they change oil give it to me has battery symbol light
When asked them says the alternator dead
I went to mechanic said no issue on alternator
Only cables missing
This cost me 300$ because of poor manpower at dealer
Furthermore got wait more than 2 Hrs with appointment!!!!! If feels so sad
