I told him of my problems and he agreed there was definitely something wrong with my cruise control. Later he called me stating it was running perfectly and there was nothing wrong. I did a quick google search and found that Honda had issued a service announcement that a software update had to be made to it and I asked if he had that performed. He later called me informing me they did not check for that. Once they finished the update he called me stating it was ready for pick up and expected me to pay the diagnostic fee even though he said it was perfectly fine and I am the one that diagnosed the problem and I had to tell them about it. He then began to argue and interrupt me repeatedly. When he realized he was wrong he backed off. I’m very disappointed with the service here. I’m never coming back. 0 stars. I’ve never had someone tell me my car was working perfectly after telling me there has to be something wrong with it but I had to be the one to inform them of a problem Honda already knew about!
