Bought 2 cars from you guys so far, an Accord Lx and a Pilot Black Edition. Sales side is always great people, i know most of the sales guys and the manager, and the finance side they are great as well. Actually Service Center used to be good too back in the day, but since last year it’s extremely disappointing, rude employees and they don’t want excellency on their service, very clear, i don’t know why, this service center used to be immaculate! Not really the service but their whole attitude got to change! Multiple workers on my last couple experiences at service center gave very poor service. I wouldn’t desire this letter to effect anyone’s position in the company, but they just got to have more positive attitude, and be trained to how to treat a loyal customer. I don’t accept bad attitude, temper and uneducated “proffesionals”. Thank you guys for reading this. And i want to give 5 stars to Honda Weir Sales team and Finance team.

Trent did an amazing job…he was great with his communication and his customer service was phenomenal.
My issue was not with Trent…being that you’re a dealership, I feel that whenever you do a service on a vehicle, you should present that vehicle back to the customer cleaner than it was when it went in. I wasn’t expecting a full detail job, but to send a vehicle back dirty is below standard in the auto sales business. When asked, a different associate stated that you don’t have an auto wash on premise. We both know that is incorrect because all the vehicles that you have for sale are clean. Thanks! My only complaint would be you guys don’t have loaner cars anymore. That has nothing to do with the help I received at the service counter. It was a bonus in buying at your dealership. As was free weekly car washes which are also no longer available. Those didn’t last but a couple months. The lack of loaner cars is a big negative in my book.

Marc was friendly as usual. The problem I had was when I got home, I noticed that all four screws that hold down the engine air filter compartment were missing. The heads on all four screws were gone. I don’t know what the mechanic did, but there was no mention of it. I know it had to have been checked because it was recommended that I replace the filter. Also, when I picked up my car, the mechanic left dirty latex gloves on the center console. I’m hoping that this problem can be resolved when I bring my car back tomorrow morning.
