Mark is always very helpful and pleasant. I had to be at another appointment, and I asked him if he could have my car ready by 11-11:30. It was ready at 11:15. Thanks Mark for making it happen.

May 16, had my car serviced. 8 days after being serviced I had a dead battery with 1 cell dead. I was on the west side of LA at a friends house & had to call AAA & the pit in a new battery.
Thought you did an inspection on all things & checking the battery was 1 of them. If the 12 pt inspection or whatever was suppose to be done it would have shown up. Very disappointed!!!!

I purchased two new tires but they did not look like new tires. The side walls were dirty. There was a lot of grease where the tire meets the rim. I had to wipe them down to remove all of the grease and spray a tire cleaner to make them look decent. Tires are expensive and a customer should not have to clean them to look like new.
