I had called your service department to set up an appointment for service and the per scheduled me for a 12:15 PM appointment. I had planned on waiting for the service work to completed, but upon arriving, I told that the service department wouldn’t even begin to start working on my car until 1:30 PM since the service department was about to go to lunch shortly and wouldn’t star working on my car until they returned from lunch.

Recommended services just because not truly checked. Like a timing belt. Then we research it ourselves and see the condition the engine has to be removed to really notice needs & repair. They said its just been so many yrs. Why dont you check first? Please dont call or respond. Your numbers and emails will be blocked. We are done with Honda dealer prices. YOU'RE TOO EXPENSIVE!!! And they dont wash my car for so many yrs now. Whats the pt! Offer coupons and be more competitive and actually throw in that free car wash. You'll probably get more people coming back!
