1) unrealistic wait time at drop off. Was told approx 1 hour wait time but was closer to 2. If I knew it would take 2 hours, I would have arranged for a way to get home so I could get work done.
2) the maintenance notification on my vehicle was not turned off. Now I have to bring my vehicle back to get this addressed. Such a waste of time.
