The communication with the service advisors is weak. More often than not we is the customer have to contact the service advisor to get an update. And service advisors are not particularly great about answering the phone. I recommend Weir Canyon Honda get wireless devices for the service advisors so if they are out away from the desk, they still can answer customers calls. As I know some of them go out to the shop to talk to the mechanics.

I commend Weir Canyon Honda on having such an awesome service advisor, Madeleine Martinez. She is professional, personable and demonstrates care and concern in her consistent communication. Madeleine knows her trade well and went above and beyond to procure the part my car required for repair. During the repair decision making, Madeleine provided me with pictures of the state of the area that needed repair which I greatly appreciated. She also was able to provide a loaner car for my use. Appreciation to Madeleine ???????????????????? and the quality technicians who worked on my car!

I brought my car in Thursday morning at nine. I was told it would be ready on Saturday. No one called me on Saturday and I called repeatedly until I finally got a call back saying it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. No one called me on Tuesday and again I called repeatedly. I finally got a call back Wednesday morning saying my car was done but the technicians were testing it to make sure it was done and working properly. I finally got a call back at noon saying it was ready. I picked it up and drove it a few miles and found the SiriusXM stations were not working. I took it back and was told a wire wasn’t connected by the technician. I don’t think this experience was anyones definition of good service.
