The cost of having 4 spark plugs replaced in my Honda Accord 2006 is way over priced the estimate of $499.00 is by far enough to go some where else or doir myself for this cost. The average cost should have been $108 to $180 please check your prices on replacement spark plugs.

I think the service was too long for what needed to be done. I was given no communication when I was told I would receive a phone call. No updates were given until I called multiple times and was still told someone would call me tomorrow morning. It was very unprofessional and caused inconveniences. It did not appear that anyone cared. Very unsatisfied with my experience and will look at other options for my car being serviced. Ive been to other Honda dealerships and they are much more reliable and efficient.
