Service was great. First time servicing my car at this location and I was pleasantly surprised! The service itself was extremely fast and Mark and other staff were kind/helpful. Michael Stephenson was very helpful and the service was very efficient. He also explained that he'd give whatever coupon/special automatically. I was pleasantly surprised that the service didn't go up in price. As a woman, I have experienced price gouging with many mechanic car services and I was really nervous about bringing my car in today for the first time to Weir Canyon Honda, my husband was going to bring it in but I had to bring it in after all and I didn't feel taken advantage of. We just recently bought another Honda vehicle from Weir Canyon Honda (2 weekends ago) and the experience was positive. My other Honda that I brought in today was due for service and Weir Canyon Honda Service had way better reviews than my 2 local Honda service centers. I'm so glad I brought it here. I will continue to bring my Honda vehicles here for service. The survey only allowed me to fill it in using Google or Facebook. However, I have no personal Google or Facebook account so it allowed me to just write this text review. If there was a way to give stars I would definitely give Michael 5 out of 5. So please annotate the 5 out of 5 for Michael Stephenson.

Service was not completed in the timeframe estimated I could not get a hold of any service provider. All telephone numbers would go to voicemail. It was the worst experience I have ever had at Weir Canyon and I have had two Hondas and this is the worst. Not sure if I’ll ever be back

The tire pressure signal came on as I left the service department and I had to send my son back to get tire pressure adjusted. Not sure why this would happen if they had really been checked. I also didn’t like the $2400 quote for fixing the a/c. I fought it was outrageous and will look elsewhere. With all of the problems we have had with our last 2 Hondas we have decided not to buy another one.
