I brought the Hrv in for an oil change and recall work a few weeks back and had mentioned to Larry about the right side wiper washer thing and the tech said it was broken and reordered the new part. Made an appointment and brought it back in when part arrived on 3/5/2025 and the teck after they found the order, said it was fine. How is it that 2 cerified techs look at the problem and one says broken and the other says it's fine? This isnt the first time I've had the run around with your techs. My wife brought it in this time and she hates having to wait in a dealership only to be told things are fine. I'm waiting for an inherentance check and want to spend between 3 and 4 grand on our accord and I may have to rethink using your dealership. We even leased the HRV thru Weir.
