Nicholas was great and very helpful. Only complaint is that I originally called to have a recall problem rectified and upon arriving I was told you need to order the part. I feel i should have been notified of that before my arrival..Now i need to make another trip to rectify the recall.

Car has a recall and you don’t have the part. Josh told me not to drive the vehicle u til part comes in and that NO Kia will not give me a loaner vehicle. Hope this recall does not cause the fire that you claim as there will be A huge problem. In addition, I received no correspondence from your dealership. I only knew about the recall after receiving an email from another Kia dealer!!! Coral Springs. Customer service is awful!
