Brian was very helpful and personable. He communicated to keep us updated on what was happening, and provided a loaner car which we needed, but didn’t expect. We greatly appreciate everything he did for us!

Service writer initially seemed more concerned with it being a holiday weekend than with the fact that my vehicle that I had for one week was giving me an error message for the brakes. He was just trying to get me a shuttle ride so I could leave it through Tuesday. Then someone else stepped in and said they would see if they could fix it immediately while I waited. But the end of the whole thing was that it was just a fluke message which they cleared and sent me on my way. Hopefully no future problems with this.
