Brian T. The service representative was the only positive experience I had taking my 2019 Acura to Weir Canyon Acura on 8-5 25 my first visit and oil change since I bought it in March 2025. I’m not sure about the mechanics or service technicians? 1) The DVD player broke and was not in the High Tech warranty. All other Multi Point Inspection Checklist was satisfactory. On 8-6-25 Just 1 day after the technicians changed the oil? The Multi Purpose Camera Internal Failure? Another item not covered in the warranty! What a coincidence. I will calling the management and manager on Monday or possibly going to the dealership again to address the last issue happened after taking the car to get serviced! It’s so disappointing and discouraging with the high tech 12 month warranty provided by your salesman and finance department Albertina & Gregory Bretado
