Brian Trite was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He expedited the service of my car. When the service department was unable to resolve my issue with a right rear door not closing properly, he provided me an alternative. Although I wish that Acura had been able to resolve the door closing issue, at least I now have an alternative.
