Had to crawl under the car and clean oil off the chassis after the service. Had oil dripping on the garage floor after the service. Not really happy after spending $400+ for a minor service.

When i called initially i explained what was going on with my car and what service i needed. I felt as though Argenis wasn't listening so i asked, are you listening, do you want to write down, he said no, blowing me off, in my opinion, yet again. My husband dropped car off about half an hour later, again explaining what the issues were and which service was needed and my husband said he felt Argenis was too busy and he didn't feel heard either. 5 minutes after that Argenis called me to find out why my car was there. Not professional at all and very bad customer service for the customer to feel "unheard". He may have been having a bad day and this could be completely out of character but it did bother me enough to want to let you know. He was very professional when he called back for info 3rd and final time as he actually listened that time lol.
