The rep said I had aftermarket parts when they were OEM parts.
They couldn’t program my key, when they had to set the car to two way mode as it is a base model. But nonetheless I will get with another dealer and have done elsewhere.

Part of the service was to rotate the tires which didn’t happen. I know this because my driver side tire was low before the service and it was at the same pressure level after the service. Can’t believe the tires were rotated. Not sure I can trust the work being done at this facility. If I’m mistaken about the tire rotation not happening let me know.
