Brian is amazing!! So knowledgeable and committed to customer service. Got me into a loaner vehicle, last minute, so that I was able to leave my vehicle for service (it needed a new starter) and still go back to work. And my car was repaired and ready to go by the next morning!

Unfortunately the part needed -a battery - was not in stock, so I had to wait an hour longer than expected for the battery to be delivered.
