It was a very good experience starting when I arrived. I was greeted by Brian Tritz and he promptly proceeded to explain how the process worked and what to expect. He resolved the touchpad issue promptly and explained why it was happening, he explained how software updates had changed how the car acted. When service was complete, he went through the details and made recommendations for future visits.
I was very pleased with Weir Canyon Acura and in particular with Brian.
