I brought my car in on 7/16/21 for a regular service and to change my wiper blades and to check all fluids.When I went to use my wipers no water came out to rinse my windows. I returned to the dealership and was told to come back the next day for my car to be looked at.I returned at7:00 am and was told at 9:00 I would need to replace a part that cost $425 and will have to come back since they had to order the part. This will be my 3rd time at the dealership.I had always had a good relationship with the service department except for this time .I am very frustrated to have to go back. This problem should have been identified on 7/16
and the part ordered. I do not think I will return after this next visit. I hope no one else has to go through this.I

I received a text 45 min after the car was ready according to another associate who was assisting me and not only that, it took them forever to find my car. I honestly thought they gave my car to someone else. It was just a lot of commotion around finding my car. I asked the guy what’s going on and he said he didn’t know. A complete waste of my time. Supposedly they washed the car but I couldn’t tell. Still looked dirty. Overall, not pleased with the service Dept.
