It was so nice to have the tire fixed. We had been out of town and went to a shop to have the tire fixed and they tried to sell us a set of tires stating the tire was not repairable. I appreciate your service and honesty. Then the repair was no charge since we bought the tires from you. I don't need to be contacted, but I didn't realize it would be such a long wait for my oil change. And, it felt like I was almost a bother when I told your staff that it was a jeep. I was told that if it was a Subaru it would never be an issue. I brought my vehicle to Subaru because I support and appreciate your business and commitment to the community. I will likely do it again, but with an appointment. I was disappointed with how I was treated, though. Thank you for all you do for the community!

I brought my 2019 outback in to have the battery acid cleaned from the terminals and battery hold down which they did however in the process they left a mess in the engine bay in the area of battery and close surrounding area which I had to clean up myself which I thought was a very shoddy way of leaving a job that I paid $50 should have been left clean .. As a business owner myself i was very disappointed.
