It's often the details that make or break. The service in general was great and satisfactory. I forgot to let them know my fob battery is low and I wanted to see about getting it changed. I forgot to but....as they had to drive my car into the bay to service they should/would have noticed this. My previous dealer Lithia in Vacaville would always help me with it often without any charge. Had they changed the battery, even if they charged me for it,my satisfaction would've been complete. Like I said....details.
