This lady first of all greeted me with a big sincere smile was very friendly and directed me to the waiting area in a very professional way If I had to rate her I would give her 100 percent customer service very very professional I hope you acknowledge to her that I was very much pleased hopefully I will meet her next time I visit

Krista was very condensending and basically bullied me into accepting that the problem with my car was something I knew it was not
To top it off, the car was clearly not checked to confirm it was repaired, as I did not even get a mile down the road before the check engine light came on and the engine resumed misfiring so badly the car was lurching all over the road.
$870 later and my car is no better off than it was when I brought it in, possibly worse
I'll be bringing it back in tomorrow and having a word with the manager

Kristamarie did a great job informing me of what needed to be done with my vehicle. She was knowledgeable and friendly.
The negative experience was having to sit in area where it was dusty and quite noise with the renovations being done. There should have one area in either building to accommodate those waiting for their cars to be serviced.

2010 Murano was brought in for transmission check. Krista also informed me a brake fluid recall had to be performed. Recall was taken care of and transmission was checked. No problems were found by technician. Process was extended one day so Krista could check the vehicle when it was cold to see if transmission was normal. Again nothing found. This gives some assurance that all is well with the CVT that was replaced in 2017 only has 76000 miles on it. Thank you for the check and prompt service.
