I came in to have my battery checked out for my 2019 Nissan Kicks that I brought on September 11, 2023. They didn’t have the battery I needed and was told an order was due in on Thursday January 25, 2024. So for what little time I was there I was treated okay.

Sent car home with check engine light still on. Was Clear when first told what we needed front service. Was NOT told anything about exhaust system or code. Phone calls were always about coolant issue. Was expecting all issues to be addressed when car was hooked up to computer . Then was told I declined service to engine light. How can I decline service when I was never told anything about exhaust code until very last phone call after my son picked up car .
