It took over an hour to let me know that my tire was not repairable even though I told your service team exactly where the scre/nail was. I had tire warranty so the tire was replaced at no cjarge. I was tjere 2 jours and no courtesy vehicle available for me to visit my Mom in DR. Was disappointed in tjat.
