The servicing of my vehicle was wonderful with the exception that my car was run through the brush wash. I requested that it not be washed due to my bike racks being installed on the roof. When I took possession of my car one of the wheel carriers was raised and the bolt possibly stripped. The brush caught the fork and it was raised up. My husband has not had a chance to see if it is damaged. Please note my record to NOT WASH MY CAR WITH THE BRUSH WASH. I don’t use them at all. Thank you.

I received work on the CVT transmission today at your dealership. I climbed under the car tonight to find that the passenger side brake disc cover and break assembly covered in fluid. To the point that the fluid was pooling on the inside of the wheel. I will be calling tomorrow to determine if it's safe to drive the vehicle back to the dealership

Ms Sandra Gutierrez was wonderful to work with. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and when she wasn’t quite sure of the answer, she went and confirmed it for me. Ms Gutierrez took me to the customer lounge and made sure I was comfortable-pointed out the snacks and drinks, and then came back several times to update me about my car , and to just check in-much appreciated! When it turned out that I needed new tires, she got me the information & quote, then gave me some privacy while I called my husband to let him know.
