Not happy at all with Norm Reeves and will not be back. The advisor Jesus Herrera said I needed a brake fluid exchange which they proceeded to change.
Only after I checked my own records, this same service was done at Norm Reeves in June '23. I had to tell them to stop the service since they recently completed this and I refused to pay for this service.
Felt like you are trying to cheat me and the advisor was not knowledgeable. Made the entire day chaotic. Came in for a scheduled oil change and did not leave until 3 hours later due to him being unprofessional and aloof. Will go elsewhere, too bad for you I was looking at new cars there too.
