On my last visit, the replaced screen was cracked. I have had to bring my NEW Subaru in 7-8 times now(Incomplete jobs, painter’s not showing up, etc.). While the service personnel are nice, they are not checking to make sure that the work is done completely and accurately. (Or, is there the hope that the client won’t notice?!) The last loner car I was given was on empty (I was late to work having to get gas) and had trash on the floor. This has been very inconvenient and. discouraging. I no longer hold this dealership in high regard and would not recommend it to others.
