I feel there should be cheaper options available to the customer. The estimate for a new window for my vehicle was $630! I can purchase a new window at Amazon for $89. Surely Don Wood can find a window at a similar price and I know the labor on that wouldn’t cost $550. Now, I’ll buy the part from Amazon and pay a different shop to install it for me. I would’ve been more than happy to do this at Don Wood if the price was more reasonable. The customer service provided to me today while I was in the shop was nice and friendly.
