I notified them that my Highlander drops my hands free calls. They informed me that they did a software update and the technician tested the connections. The first call that I had after the service disconnected after 5 minutes. In a state where you must use a hands free devices this has become difficult in my Highlander. I own a Toyota Camry and I also rent Toyota’s when I am traveling and I never experience problems with them so it is not my phone. I was informed that I would have to set up a new service appointment to address the problem.
