I did receive a trade appraisal when I I there. Anthony from the Service Department took care of my car and I was very pleased with his customer service. It was very cold in the building and I was freezing so I wasn’t happy about that.

The tire pressure light comes on stays on goes off activates on my app and you guys called me to come in and fix my car every time I come in you say it’s cold out that’s a bunch of **** **** . You guys call me to bring my car in to fix but nothing gets repaired the tire pressure light is malfunctioning and it’s not low air pressure I check it all the time . I was looking to buy my wife an suv but now I will buy a suv somewhere else. It’s not mike Joyce Fault

How can I possibly be satisfied when ever since I purchased my truck for the last two years every single day when I drive it the front end vibrates and the steering wheel vibrates in my hands. Despite multiple attempts to repair the vehicle it is still not fixed and I’m driving a truck that I paid $65,000 for that vibrates every single day. Not a very pleasant situation even after I purchased a total of seven vehicles at your store including the two that my son bought there is absolutely no motivation on the part of the dealership to fix the problem and rather than tell TOYOTA that something needed to be done you were new service manager John Schweir decided to tell TOYOTA that he thought that replacing the tires might make a difference at my expense at my expense. Knowing full well that the truck has been vibrating since the day I purchased it even with the tires that Toyota placed on the vehicle when it was brand new. So I’m not sure why replacing the tires now with Michelin tires could have any bearing whatsoever on the vibration in the vehicle which has been there from day one, and just eight months ago your dealership recommended that I replace the tires with Bridgestone tires as evidenced by your own repair invoice. So if the steering wheel vibrates with the tires that came with the vehicle, it vibrates after they were re-balanced, it vibrates after the front end was aligned, it vibrates after I put new Cooper tires on the vehicle, and it vibrates again after you re-balance the same tires that I have balanced when I put them on eight months ago. The only common denominator is that the front end and the steering wheel is still vibrating. So rather than tell TOYOTA that it’s probably something else which it is like the struts or the rack and pinion steering your new service manager told TOYOTA that it had to be the tires. i’m not even sure how you guys have a business if this is the way you conduct yourselves on a consistent basis. Honestly it’s truly embarrassing to watch you guys try to do your job. Thanks for nothing

I need to come back for a phone problem, but was unable to reach Mr. Joyce to confirm an appt.

I was texted that my car was ready to be picked up! However, it was not explained that the car was NOT fixed. The part had to be ordered, and it’s not known when it will be available, or when my car could be rescheduled. I felt that should have been explained to me, before I got into my car and discovered on my own ….. my car was not fixed. Right?? Thank you.

Chuck was excellent as always. I never have any concerns after I turn my car over to him. I will always bring my cars to him.

I only wish you had been able to get the stains off the underside of my hatch
