Very impersonal service or maybe we've just been spoilt by Lexus customer service. Everytime I go to Lexus I'm always returned a sparkling car, on the inside as well as on the outside. My Navigator was returned dirty to me. I had stuff that needed to be transferred from one c a's r to the other, & many a technician passed by & no one even offered to help me out, despite the fact that I was limping & had a hard time walking. You guys need to train your employees with courtesy lessons.
