In addition to my car being serviced, I purchase a chrome grill to be installed. The servicing took all day, which was fine, however, it was closing time when I picked up my vehicle and I did not have a chance to review the work. I went and parked at a nearby parking lot only to notice my front bumper lip loose. Keeping in mind I live an hour and half away and also that I paid for this part as well as foe the service. I immediately called but the dessert shop had closed. I left a voicemail stating my findings. The next morning I called and explained the car’s condition and was told to bring car back .. another hour and a half drive. I brought the car back and my service representative almost acted as if I had caused the loose part and then stated my bumper was cracked! I asked him, “what do you mean cracked” he then had the service guy to come look and he stated the bumper was not put back together properly, as it needed a special type of tape that they did not initially use. The car was repaired and I left with mixed feelings. I pay good hard earned money for my vehicle and parts, however I do not feel that I was treated wit good service, and the fact that I had to come one hour and a half (one way) two days in a row was ridiculous!!! I am very disappointed because I’ve been having my Jaguars serviced with you guys for almost 10 years!

There was a complete lack of communication on Land Rovers part. After dropping off the vehicle, I had to initiate communication to ascertain the status of my vehicle. It would’ve been helpful if somebody could’ve called to tell us what was going on. Instead we had to wait several days before somebody finally said something about the status of our vehicle.

From you guys I have very bad experience with Jaguar and Land Rover. These 2 cars I already buy from you guys these 3 people I give the names.
