It’s hard to find great associates these days. Even with a staffing shortage in many companies. Please give kudos to Andrea for making the entire experience a pleasant one. I hope she is there for my next service. Thank you Andrea for all you did for me, and continue to do for other customers.

Because each time I go make oil change on Infiniti of Bayside
They give me the details what’s going on in my car if I have a problem with our charge me anything
You guys that’s your car

If you tell me any problem with the car actually make more money for fixing it in your shop
Instead charge me for inspection of the car
$170 plus tax
You should inspect the car for free and you tell us the problem so we can make arrangements for fixing the car
