I am completely satisfied with the prompt service I received for my tire issue. John said at the beginning of the inspection that a replacement would be necessary due to the area that was damaged. He explain why the tire would not be safe or last with just a repair. From my previous experience his explanation was accurate and appreciated. My car was returned with the spare tire and all tools back it their original placements. I was very impressed that they also washed the vehicle before returning it.

Terrel started with telling me that my suv was a certified used suv and may not be under warranty. I told him I bought my 2019 in 2020 and that it was a left over 2019. He finally looked it up and he said that I bought it in March of 2020I, as I kept telling him. I was not satisfied with paying a total of $188 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told my vehicle would be washed and it was not. My over all experience was not good and I will not be using your service department in the future.
