Water was rinsed over the exterior but it was not vacuumed or cleaned, I can provide photos upon request.. They is still bug splatter on the windshield

One thing could have been done better is "car washing".The Exterior was ok. For the interior, only the floor was vacuumed for; tires were not even sprayed.
IMO, your service will be "completed" with a good washing job to establish a good image of the luxury brand.I say that because I had my first maintenance service done at Gilroy Genesis and they did a really good job in washing.

The document stated a complete (21) check was completed and window washer fluid was checked ok. It is empty. Even the car tells you it is when you start it up. So it makes me wonder if the 21 checklist items were actually checked.
