I wanted to use that $169 coupon. I WAS TOLD I didn't need the parts with the coupon. After the charges for oil change and windshield wipers and $70 to install tires, it seems to cost more money and not receive new filters that went with coupon.

I PAY FOR LABOR, I PAY FOR PARTS, SO WHY DO I GET BILLED APPROXIMATELY 10% EXTRA EVERY TIME I COME IN? Sure would be nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while waiting. They’re a back killer and when conversations start in the waiting room is usually about how bad the seating is.
