Greg, the guy they helped me was nice & courteous, but overall I wasn’t satisfied. I called & scheduled an appointment for an oil change a week ahead of the work actually being done. I Take my car in & the guys tells me it’s marked a drop off. I asked if I can have the service done anyway, he says ‘Drop off appointments typically takes 3hrs.’ I was aggravated because I specified, when making the appointment, I would be waiting with the vehicle. I didn’t have 3hrs to wait that day, so I rescheduled for the following week. I take my vehicle in a second time, I asked how long? I was told about an hour and a half. My appointment was at 10:30am and I didn't leave your lot until 2pm. All I received was an oil change.

I made a 10 appointment for Monday. I rep call to confirm my appointment. I dropped off my car and did not hear back from the dealership. I decided to call around 4:45 to see the check on the status of my vehicle. My car was at the dealership all day Monday and a service tech never even looked at it. Customers should be notified if their vehicle is not going to be serviced during a scheduled appointment. I picked up my vehicle the next morning and did not have it serviced. I'm very dissatisfied with the actions of the dealership. I left a message with the service manager after talking to Gregory. Never received a response. I do not plan to go back to Marty Cancilla.

I appreciate the service offered and will perhaps purchase another vehicle as well as have my vehicle serviced there, however, it shouldn’t take three (3) hours the change the oil for my Jeep especially when I had an appointment. You know things happen, yet simple maintenance jobs should be in and out with no problem, I feel as though I can change my oil and rotate my tires faster at home use my hydraulic 3 ton jack along with jack stands, sorry but a 3 hour wait with a schedule appointment is a bit to bare with those type of task should be managed more closely whether it’s a scheduling issue or reassuring the customer that an oil change will not take to much more than an hour or so on an scheduled appointment, especially. Other than that, the dealership is all thumbs up!????????

My phone died while I was waiting for my vehicle. I didn’t know they were going to text me when it was ready. Three hours after checking in the employee who checked me in came asking if I brought in a yellow Jeep. When I told him yes he said it was ready. Normally they ask for me by name, so this was surprising. When I asked the cashier how long my car had been ready she told me she received the ticket 10min ago. I paid, and left but when my phone was charged I realized they sent me a text one hour before I was told to go to the cashier. I can only think my car was ready in two hours and for an hour the service department didn’t come get me from the waiting room. Three hours for an oil change is absurd. This service department has serviced multiple vehicles of mine over the past 10 plus years but for the past 4 years service has been horrible. The cashier clarified that my oil change package can be used at any major Chrysler dealership, so I will definitely be venturing to another service department.
