In advance of my appt I gave a heads up that windshield wiper fluid was not working and perhaps out of fluid. When I was told my car was ready I walked back to the dealership and on my way home discovered the windshield fluid was still not working. Took car back and had to wait over an hour for it to be repaired. Anyway, getting my car serviced turned out to be an all day affair.
