My service advisor, Harold was rude and had an attitude. The experience I had was terrible. I’ve owned Other luxury brands in the past. Mercedes and Lexus provided much better customer service. Based on my experience, I would think twice about buying/leasing another Audi.
I did speak with the service advisor and he offered me a car detail, but all I wants was great customer service!
