My 2015 Ford Edge Sport 2.8 ecoboost calls for 6 qts of synthetic oil. The first oil change said 6 qts of Northland oil and the second time it said 5 qts of Motorcraft oil. Paperwork seems inconsistent and they aren't using synthetic oil like manufacture recommendation! I did check the oil and it was topped off...
I paid good money for the extended warranty and service plan. Doesn't seem like I'm getting that service with Dale Howard...
