I went to Honda today to get my battery replaced and it took 3 hrs to get it done. I had an appointment today for 10:15 didn’t get help until 10:30 then they said it’ll be until 12 o’clock. I had 4 or 5 other people come after me and they got their car way faster than mines and when I went up to the lady to tell her she said it’ll be another 45 mins and I asked why and she said bc there’s a line but I had my appointment and then she called me 1 hour later saying that if I wanted to get my battery replaced I really don’t know why I scheduled an appointment when they had to ask me what I was doing when I told them from the start and it took nearly 25 mins to get my car after being serviced
