Misquoted on the phone for an oil change. Waited 10 minutes once I arrived to be assisted for an oil change. There was only one person in front of me. Waited over 15 minutes after my car was ready for someone to pull it up front. Multiple people were waiting and seemed frustrated with the lack urgency from all staff.

I wanted to make an appointment on-line, but it said no appointments are being taken for oil changes. However, Margarita said I could have called to make one. That should be explained on the website. I wasn’t thrilled when she said it would be about a 2 hour wait! Luckily, it didn’t take that long!
