I brought my car in for an oil change, and was told that there were two fluid change recommendations. It added $400 to the total, which I was not expecting. I suppose it's my fault for not asking, but I'm surprised he didn't tell me how much it would cost before doing it. I was expecting to spend about $100, and it ended up being $500 total. I'm definitely going to find a more affordable garage for regular maintenance from now on.
